About Tailwaters Land Surveying
Tailwaters Land Surveying was established in
2021, by Todd Jacobs. Todd is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor
(PLS), in New York and Pennsylvania with a career spanning 31 years
over both states. Being able to have a business serving the
community that he and his family come from was something Todd wanted
to pursue for some time. After many years with a few reputable
firms, Todd decided to continue his journey in the profession and
start his own Surveying Business. Located in his hometown of
Hancock, NY, Tailwaters conveniently operates on the border of NY
and PA.
Today, Tailwaters employs the most sophisticated ai, computer and
satellite technologies to deliver our clients the most accurate and
cost effective surveys available anywhere.
